What is the shelf life of dehydrated vegetables?
Most powders have a 12-18 month shelf life when stored in airtight containers in cool, dry conditions away from sunlight and moisture.
Can you handle export orders to international markets?
Yes. Export support includes invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificates, quality certifications, and air or sea freight coordination.
What payment methods do you accept?
Retail orders can use cards, UPI, net banking, and COD in selected areas. Bulk and international orders can use bank transfer, wire transfer, checks, or approved terms.
How quickly can you deliver orders?
Retail orders usually ship in 3-5 business days, wholesale in 5-7 days, bulk in 7-10 days, and export in 1-2 weeks by air or 3-4 weeks by sea.
Can I customize product formulations for my business?
Yes. Custom blends, ratios, dietary requirements, packaging sizes, and private labels are available for bulk and white label orders.
Are there any artificial additives or preservatives?
No. Products are pure dehydrated vegetable powders with no artificial additives, preservatives, fillers, flow agents, or MSG in seasoning blends.
How do I use dehydrated vegetable powders?
Add them to curries, soups, sauces, noodles, bakery, smoothies, instant foods, baby food, and seasoning blends. One tablespoon is roughly equivalent to half a cup of fresh vegetables.
Do you supply to restaurants and food manufacturers?
Yes. Pudi Dabbi supplies restaurants, manufacturers, bakeries, snack companies, institutional kitchens, and export traders with flexible bulk quantities.
What quality control measures do you have?
Raw material checks, controlled dehydration monitoring, moisture testing, microbial safety checks, nutrient review, color consistency, taste, aroma, audits, and full traceability.
Can I return products if unsatisfied?
Damaged, defective, or quality issue products are eligible for replacement or refund within 7 days according to the final store policy.
